1) Description of service
WeSelectModels.com (known as "WSM") offers services to the public, which allows its members to communicate between themselves. WSM is not a modeling agency, nor does it claim to be one. Its a community based website, which allows members from all walks of life to interact, to potentially further their aspirations, in the chosen industry. Furthermore, this community is geared towards models, actors, photographers, directors, agents, agencies, fashion designers, scouts and all others involved in one form or another of the entertainment industry. Unlike any other modeling/entertainment related websites, WSM offers to prospective agents, agencies, photographers, employers or fellow members, the possibility of interacting with users who have been pre-selected individually by our staff. Not everyone or anyone who wants to be on this site, will be included. We reserve the right to accept anyone we want, based on the quality of the application we receive. We want this service to maintain a high level of quality at all times. Thus meaning, that whatever talents each person brings to this service, has to be of high quality in all forms. We take into consideration an application as a whole. There isn't one golden rule, as we recommend for each prospective member to do its best effort, as this would guarantee the best possible chances of being admitted. The creation of a profile is free.
2) Usage of Services
When someone chooses to join WSM, he chooses to do so at his own risk. Regardless of his experience or happenings, we are in no way liable nor are we responsible for for ANY kind of misfortunes. Each person is responsible for their own actions, decisions and happenings.
We are only here to offer a online platforms, which ables users to interact within the scope of this industry as a whole and with professional integrity.
3) Age limitation
The day a potential member submits his application, he has to be at least 18 years of age, or older. We do not require a copy of government issued ID, as proof to join this service, but its upon this person to be responsible and reasonnable enough to have such evidence at their disposale at any given time if requested. By joining us you swear that your info is accurated as noted. We are not responsible for any kind of frodulant use of ID to sign up for for this service or for any other illegal purposes.
4) Content Submission
Two types of submission occur. Firstly, one of which is data based, meaning the information a user/member inputs about themselves. This information has to be genuine at all times and reflect their real identity. We will not tolerate frodulent profiles, misleading information, or any another kinds of improper information. This violation could cause termination of your membership without a refund. The second type of submission is in regards to the photos. The photos submitted have to be an exact representation of who you are, and not represent someone else. By the same token, you are entirely responsible for all issues relating to copyright matters and the photos submitted, along with being authorized to use them to illustrate your profile. That is a matter which you need to be responsible for, as we will never abuse your information to outsiders or misuse any graphical elements, in a derogative way. You also allow WSM/weselectmodels to promote you & your profile (and its content) via our promotional partners, as this will be mutually beneficial or if selected on the frontpage of our website. By the same token, we will NEVER tolerate graphics of sexually explicit nature or anything which might bring confusion about the nature of WSM. Sexually explicit images are not allowed; they include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, penetration or/and with a great deal of genitalia exposure. As a member, YOU ARE responsible for submitting images of good quality, for which you have the rights to use to illustrate your profile - at all times (any kind of prostitution, escort or escort derrived services and so forth, will not be tolerated in any shape or form). Profiles will be cancelled if the content of the portfolio doesn't remain acceptable.
5) User behaviour
Each user going into the forum or placing postings for job openings or even casting calls, is responsible for all consequences, both positive and negative which might occur from such decision(s). As mentioned in (2) "each person is responsible for their own actions, decisions and happenings". We are merely here to help individuals interact at different levels which could benefit them, their passions, interests and careers. The highest level of integrity and cooperation will be asked from each and everyone at all times, regardless of the matter. Improper conduct, or representatives of highly sensitives issues, will be asked to remain neutral at all times and leaves their personnal motivations or/and political thaughts away from this service, in all its form. We welcome differences in all their forms, but those should remain a personal matter, and away from this service; as this is open to the public, and some members might find some sensitive issues, offensive.
6) Spam Policy
WSM will not tolerate any spams of any kind, done by anyone who uses this services, goes through a third party or however this might occur. Any account(s) directly affiliated with this sort of practise will be removed from this service and membership will be cancelled. If damages are seen as important, we reserve the full right to request a damage pay off for each spam. This amount may vary between $2 - $4 depending on the amount and nature of the problem.
7) User/Member privacy policy
Individual WSM staff members, will not share sell or disclose your personal information to a third party for personal purposes. But WSM as a business allows itself the right to share member information to its clients for commercial purposes. Please keep in mind, that information such as user name, email address and so forth, which you may post on forums or through your communication with other members, all rests upon you responsability to maintain its good usage and manage this information accordingly. We do not supervise each person's actions. All of this is your responsability, along with any unsolicited messages from other parties.

9) Promotional Offers
WSM will offer at times, promotional coupon numbers/affiliate numbers or promotional paper coupons with numbers printed on it. Whatever the format, those numbers when used at the time of registration will allow you to get a reduced rate on your membership or sign up for free ,for the first month or for as long as the management decides. Regardless of the promotional offers which are being run, it is your responsability to use them for your own purpose and understand that in NO WAY does is guarantee membership/acceptance into WSM. Those promotional numbers are used to help users appreciate our service, become familiar with it and so forth. This is strictly promotions related, to help drive interest for our community. Unless you are a "promotions agent" or unless specified in writting by the owners of WSM you will NOT resell the number(s) or rent it or profit from it or whatever type of procedure which might be used to profit from this promotion. Its strictly prohibited to use those numbers for purposes other than what is has been prescribed for.

11) Featured Partners (occasional apperances)
Featured partners are a special type of sponsor which WSM selects on its own, regardless of outside influences. We choose who we want, when we want, and how we want. We are independent and want "quality" to strive over quantity or money. BUT, anyone is welcome to apply or show interest in becoming a Featured Partner of our service, by emailing us more information about why we should consider them, how we could work with one another and so forth. We do welcome some form of monetary exchanges in this process, but it is in no way a pre-requestite to become a Featured partner, as noted earlier in this paragraph.
Featured partners are a type of sponsor with which we develop a 1)- good deal of cooperation 2)- a high level of integrity from both parties 3)- we benefit one another in new ways 4)- we favor people who work in the same type of industry 5)- could help develop our business financially and increase our presence or/and influence in our respective markets.
12) Promotion Agents
"Promotion Agents" are people who have applied to WSM out of their own interest (and been accepted) or people who have been referred by WSM staff/friends to work for WSM. For more information, click here
13) Affiliates (websites)
"Online Affiliates" have been accepted by WSM/WeSelectModels.com to promote the website, through the use of banners to drive traffic and interest to our site. For more information, click here
14) Disclaimer/warranties
The member agrees that the use of this site is entirely at the member's own risk. The site is provided on a "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. All expressed, implied and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. WSM also disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law. All products sold through this website use WSM as a selling platform: but WSM does not guarantee quality of product, delivery on time, or replace the product, if its tampered with during delivery (it would have to be delt with the originator of the item). WSM is merely a selling platform, and UNLESS specified in the product description, the items are handled by their respective producers, owners, makers and what not. IF we are the sole makers/creators of a product, sold through this website, the distribution and quality control would be in our control.
WSM is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access, deletion of, failure to store, failure to back up, or alteration of member web profiles, members are responsible for monitoring and creating backupgs of their pages.WSM does not guarantee under any circumstances legitimacy or identity of any user, including any professional member, or any information or advice provided on WSM. Although we attempt to do our best, to have high quality & honest members.
WSM nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on this site.
15) Agreement governance
This user agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the service and WSM shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By your usage of, or your posting to, this site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement.
16) Notice of Liability
Your use of the Site is at your own risk. Neither WSM (weselectmodels.com), nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the site, the information available on the site or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the site. You hereby waive any and all claims against We Select Models and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors arising out of your use of the site and the information available thereon.

Online store specifications (does NOT include products sold via referrals)
a) Return/refund policy
WSM/We Select Models/weselectmodels.com. (herein after referred to as "WSM") reserves the right to refuse any returns. WSM may charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned goods at WSM sole discretion. WSM will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1-Goods have been purchased more than 1 month (30 calendar days) prior to the arrival of the returned goods at WSM place of business;
2-Goods have been damaged or noticeably deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned goods by staff of WSM. There will be no credit issued for such goods or any costs incurred by the cutstomer in returning the goods;
3-Any computer software, wrapped products (such as books, postcards, certain magazines) will not be accepted if opened;
4-WSM is unable to verify proof of purchase of goods from WSM. Returns should be accompanied with the invoice provided at time of purchase.
Refunds will be given after the return has been approved by WSM staff. Refunds may be (A) credited to an existing account; (B)) paid by cheque; or (C))credited to a credit card or (D) money order. The refund will be credited or paid according to the payment terms of the original sale, unless otherwise agreed to by WSM. Refunds may be granted for returned goods because of customer disapproval of content contained within but are subject to all the conditions listed above.
b) Delivery of goods & timing
We have made every effort into making shopping at WSM as easy as possible. Once you have found the product/service that you wish to order simply proceed to the checkout and you will be taken through the process of confirming your credit/debit card - unless you pay by money order or check, make sure the proper amount is mailed with your contact info.
WSM aims to dispatch your order in less than 5-7 Business days. Normally delivery is 3-14 working days, depending on which part of the world you live in. Also, this info only applies to products which WSM deals with directly and can ship accordingly to its clients. Other products, will be shipped by the merchants themselves and the customer service handling, will be done by the other party aswell.. For the sale of a services, in which we are only the middle man, any pertinent enquiries and issues should be adressed and delt with the service provider. as mentioned in the previous sentence.
-The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights.
-The prices you see are in $ USD. Postage fees will be added to the total price and will be displayed before you confirm any purchase.
1- Incorrect order
Please contact us ASAP, when you have noticed an incorrect order has been placed, so we can work with you to fix this issue. But past 24-48hrs time allowance, it will be too late.
2- Incorrect Delivery or Damaged Goods
If we have sent you the wrong goods, we will give you a full refund for goods or replace it with another, depending upon your request, when we receive them. The refund, if this occurs, will be paid back into your account within 12 working days.
3- Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order, and notify us in 24-48hrs by any means necessary, preferrably along with an email, so we can have a trace of the enquiry. Past the 24-48hrs time allowance, it will be too late, and orders will have fully been processed.
