Last month, as a first try, I shot new publicity series for HBO/Showtime comedian Jason Andors' , a modeling portfolio for Billy Capo, a young aspiring model, and a series of fun shots of tattoos on my friends who run the building services here. I am repeatedly setting up this studio and testing to fully utilize my experience and resoures to connect with people who can confront and overcome the camera moment, push themselves and an audience and then to develop great work together. Experience: I have worked as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd assistant on fashion and print shoots, as the lighting tech, the digital workflow manager, the back-story videographer, occasionally as a stand-in model, and am a web designer/host. I use top quality digital still cameras, studio set-ups, DV Video Equipment and Online Servers. The Location: The main location (pics here shot there last week) is empty upscale apartment in my building near 79th and Broadway on the 1 local Subway in Manhattan. Elsewhere in the building is harsh brick, hanging chain and overhead pipe areas, Manhattan roof access, concrete courtyards with varying sunlight effects and nearby exteriors within blocks include Central Park, Riverside Park and the Hayden Planetarium. Late model Winnebago is used remote for location shoots. There is ample space for dressing. Bring what you look great in as varied a selection of style and textures as well as favorite lingerie. Bathrooms, shower and kitchen are available. Cooperating Hair Stylists and an outlandish clothing and accessory shop are within a block. Feel free to bring a companion for support as long as they are out of the flow and bring something to do for the duration of the shoot. TFP/CD Deal to Start - there are no jobs yet: The shooting is talent in trade for pictures on CD. For you professionals, this may feel like a waste, but if you love collaborating for excellence and want to try some of your own ideas then this is the one TFP gig for you.
